Kimata Personnel
& Consultants Tokyo Office
During the period in which Japanese export businesses
entering into the U.S. market was in full swing, there
were over four hundred Japanese companies in Chicago
alone. These companies were from a variety of sectors,
such as banking, trading and manufacturing, where many
locally hired employees and so called “bilingual-secretaries”
worked. On another front, a large number of students
remained in the U.S. in order to pursue their careers
after obtaining OTP (this visa is valid for one year
and granted after graduating from university for practical
training purposes).
It has been eighteen years since
that time and trends indicate that the kind of people
sought in the job market today, are internationally
minded professionals with the potential to take on the
core overseas business, rather than those who merely
work under the supervision of managers, who are sent
and stationed at overseas offices.
In order to adapt quickly and
keep up with this trend, our company utilizes our highly
developed skill or “know-how” in introducing
high caliber, bilingual-professionals for overseas operations.
To realize this, we have decided to launch our Tokyo
office in July 2007. |
